RF Module for SDR

The RF Module operating in the frequency range of 30 MHz to 512 MHz consists of three sections (i) Transceiver Assembly comprising of Transmitter, Receiver, AGC, ALC, Hopping Filter, Rx Filter Bank (ii) Power Amplifier and (iii) Harmonic Filter Assembly comprising of filter bank, High Power Solid State Switches, Dual Directional Coupler and T/R Switch. Synthesizer, part of Transceiver assembly, comprises Fast Hopping Frequency Synthesizer, Reference Oscillator. In addition to the above, the RF Module has dedicated regulators and LDOs for each assembly.
